This website, https://www.codegarden.nl (the “Website”), is owned and operated by Blue Code Garden B.V. (trading as “Code Garden”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Website you agree to the terms set out below. If you do not agree, please stop using the Website. We may update this Disclaimer from time to time, so please review it periodically.

Use of the Website is subject to this Disclaimer, our Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. Together, these documents govern your relationship with Blue Code Garden B.V. when you visit the Website.

We aim to acknowledge your report within three (3) business days, will treat your report confidentially, and will not pursue legal action against you, provided that you:

  • do not exploit the vulnerability beyond what is strictly necessary to demonstrate it;
  • do not disclose the vulnerability publicly or to third parties before we have had a reasonable opportunity to resolve it;
  • do not access, copy, modify, or delete data belonging to others, and do not place a backdoor or run a denial-of-service attack;
  • respect the privacy of our users and the integrity of our systems at all times.

We do not currently operate a paid bug-bounty programme, but we are happy to credit responsible reporters where appropriate.
